I have a lot of rocks around the house. I've picked up many while in Maine. Sometimes the rock reminds me of a personal achievement like the first time I ran the 12 miles from a friend's cabin into town. Most of the time I just like the shape or colors. The third picture is actually a piece of the continental shield in Canada. It's at least 570 million years old.
