I went out for a quick ride today between passing showers. I took these while I waited out the rain under a bridge.

It's a dreary, gray Friday afternoon...Black and White seemed to be the way to go. I collected these pine cones last week sometime to photograph them but didn't like the results the first time around. I'm happier with today's attempt.

I've been seeing the grasses in the first picture all over the place this week and thinking that I wanted to get a picture. I was able to stop while doing a few errands this morning to get a shot of some I noticed in front of a nearby church.
