It was a strange to wake up on President's Day to temperatures in the high 60's. Not the usual for this area. In the late afternoon the winds blew, clouds came through, rain fell and the temperature dropped. The morning was a nice, quick preview of spring. My neighbor, who has proudly stated that he has flowers in bloom 10 months of the the year, planted some new pansies.
